The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has started accepting registrations for the WBJEE 2026 centralized counseling on its official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has started accepting registrations for the WBJEE 2026 centralized counseling on its official website at wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates who have passed the exam have until July 5 to register and finalize their choices. The board has also launched a special admission portal at admissions.nic.in/wbjeeb. Candidates can log in using their WBJEE roll number and password. WBJEE selects students for engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture programs in West Bengal. The counseling process assigns seats in government and private colleges across the state.

WBJEE 2026 Counseling Important Dates

The board has planned three counseling rounds followed by a mop-up round. The complete schedule is provided below.

How to Register and Choose Courses for WBJEE Counseling 2026?

Candidates must complete all steps within the registration period. Here is the full process:

  1. Visit the official WBJEE counseling website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
  2. Click on the WBJEE 2026 counseling registration link.
  3. Log in with your WBJEE roll number and password.
  4. Enter your personal, academic, and contact details as needed.
  5. Pay the registration fee via net banking, debit card, or UPI.
  6. Select your preferred courses and institutes in order of preference.
  7. Carefully check your chosen options before locking them.
  8. Confirm your choices and download the confirmation page.

WBJEE 2026 Counseling Fee Structure

Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee to participate. The fee can only be paid online. Once a seat is allocated, a seat acceptance fee is required. This amount is later deducted from the institute's admission fee.

Documents Required for WBJEE Counseling 2026

Required documents include:

  1. WBJEE 2026 rank card and admit card
  2. Class 10 marksheet for proof of date of birth
  3. Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate
  4. Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority
  5. Category certificate, such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, or PwD if applicable
  6. Recent passport-sized photograph and signature
  7. Valid government-issued photo identity proof

  1. Visit wbjeeb.nic.in and complete the registration as soon as possible.
  2. Make sure you have your WBJEE roll number, password, and rank card ready.
