1. About us

"Only Education" is the brand name of Only Education International Private Limited. All services offered on www.onlyeducation.in, and under the name "Only Education", are provided by this company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Only Education International Private Limited. "You" means any person using our website or services.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or using our counselling services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services on your own.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and take part in decisions about admissions and payments.
• These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy published on www.onlyeducation.in.

3. Our services

We provide education guidance and admission support. This includes information about colleges, courses, entrance exams and study options in India and abroad, and counselling to help students make informed choices.

What we do not promise:

• No guarantee of admission. Admission decisions are made only by the college, university or authority concerned. We cannot guarantee a seat, rank, scholarship, visa or result.
• Not the institution itself. We are an independent advisory company. We are not a college, university, exam body or government agency, and we do not represent them unless we clearly say so for a specific partner.
• Official rules come first. Eligibility, fees, deadlines and seat allotment are decided by official bodies (for example NMC, AICTE, UGC or exam authorities). Always confirm these on the official website before you act.
• Your decision. Our advice is guidance only. The final choice of course, college or country is yours and your family's.

Honest information. We do not advertise guaranteed admissions, ranks or results, or create false urgency. We publish a student's name, photo, result or testimonial only with that student's written consent, taken after their admission or result.

4. Accuracy of information and third-party links

We try to keep information about colleges, fees, cut-offs, exams and rankings accurate and up to date. However, this information comes from institutions and public sources and can change without notice. We are not responsible for errors or changes made by third parties.

• Rankings, fees, cut-offs and placement figures are for general guidance only.
• College names, logos and trademarks shown on our website belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean they endorse us, unless stated.
• Our website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or services.

5. Your responsibilities

When you use our website or services, you agree to:

• Give true, complete and current information, including marks, documents and contact details.
• Keep your account login details (if any) private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Not upload false, harmful or someone else's documents or content.
• Not misuse the website, for example by copying content, sending spam, or trying to hack or disrupt it.

We may refuse or stop services if we believe information is false or the website is being misused.

6. Calls, WhatsApp and emails

When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about that enquiry and related admission updates.

• You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing info@onlyeducation.in.
• We will only contact you from our official number (+91 6262929248) and email domain (@onlyeducation.in).
• We will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account. If anyone claiming to be from Only Education does this, please report it to us.

7. Fees, payments and refunds

Basic information on our website is free. Our paid services are offered as the packages below. Fees are per student, for one admission year. Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per law.

Important: No package, including the Mentorship Programme, guarantees admission, a seat or a specific college. Seats are allotted only by the official counselling authority or institution, based on merit, eligibility and their rules. Our packages do not include any fee paid to colleges, universities or counselling authorities.

• Any paid service will be agreed in writing before you pay, with the fee and what it includes.
• All payments are made only to the bank account or payment link of Only Education International Private Limited. We issue a receipt for every payment.
• College, university, exam and application fees are paid to those institutions and are governed by their refund rules, not ours.
• Refunds: Refunds of fees paid to us are covered by the Refund policy below.

Refund policy

Our fees pay for counsellors' time and expert work, which starts soon after you enrol. So refunds depend on how much of the service has already been delivered.

No refund is given for:

• A college, university or authority rejecting your application, or you not getting a seat, rank, scholarship or visa. Admission is never guaranteed (see section 3).
• A change of mind about course, college or country after work has started.
• Delays caused by missing, late or incorrect information or documents from you.
• Fees paid to colleges, universities, exam bodies, embassies or other third parties. These follow their own refund rules.
• Free services, such as initial counselling.

How to request a refund:

1. Email info@onlyeducation.in within 7 days of the event, with your name, phone number, payment receipt and reason.
2. We will reply within 7 working days.
3. Approved refunds are paid within 15 working days, only to the original payment method or the payer's bank account.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law. Any package with different terms will be stated in writing before you pay, and those written terms will apply.

8. Intellectual property and brand

The "Only Education" name and logo, and all original content on www.onlyeducation.in (text, articles, images, videos, design and software), are owned by Only Education International Private Limited, unless stated otherwise.

• You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit and a link to our website.
• You may not copy, republish, sell or use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
• Our official channels are listed in section 11. Pages using our name elsewhere are not ours unless linked from our website.

9. Privacy, liability and indemnity

Privacy. We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. We do not sell your personal data. For students under 18, we process personal data with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Grievance Officer (section 11). We resolve data-related complaints within 90 days at most.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, including a missed admission, deadline, scholarship or visa, caused by decisions of institutions or authorities, or by information you did not verify officially. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

Indemnity. You agree to compensate us for any loss caused by false information or documents you give us, or by your misuse of our website.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below will show the latest version. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Navi Mumbai, District Thane, Maharashtra.

11. Grievance Officer and contact

If you have a complaint or question, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours, give you a complaint reference number, and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
