The TGCHE (Telangana Council of Higher Education) will close the objection portal for the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 provisional answer key today, May 25, 2026.

The TGCHE (Telangana Council of Higher Education) will close the objection portal for the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 provisional answer key today, May 25, 2026. Candidates who want to raise any issues with the provisional answer key can submit their objections before the portal is shut down. The TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET exams are conducted by the TGCHE for admissions to law colleges in Telangana. The provisional answer key for TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 is available for candidates to review and object to starting from May 23, 2026, for a period of 48 hours. Candidates can check their TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 results from June 5, 2026, onwards.

How to Challenge the Answer Key?

  • If a candidate finds an error in the provisional answer key, they can raise an objection through the official website. 
  • To do this, they need to log in to lawcet.tgche.ac.in and click on the 'Key Objections' link.
  • Once logged in, the candidate should select the specific question they are challenging and provide a clear explanation of the issue along with supporting evidence.
  • All objections must be based on valid reasons and include proper academic references.
  • Objections submitted through any method other than the official portal will not be considered by TGCHE.
  • If an objection is found to be valid, the provisional answer key will be updated accordingly.
  • The final result and answer key will be announced on June 5, 2026.
  • Candidates can view their scorecards by entering their application number and date of birth. A merit list will then be prepared based on the final answer key, which will be used for the counselling registration process.

TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 Result & Counselling 

The final answer key and results for TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2026 will be released on 5th June 2026. Counselling registration is expected to start in the first week of August 2026 for those who are eligible. All the counselling processes will be carried out in stages using an online registration system.

Next Steps for the Candidates

Candidates are advised to prepare their scorecards and all necessary documents for the counselling process. The participating universities will carry out admissions counselling based on the LAWCET scorecards provided by TGCHE. Admission seats will be allocated according to the candidates' merit rankings during the counselling sessions. The last date to raise objections against the provisional answer key of TS LAWCET & PGLCET 2026 is today, May 25, 2026. The final result and answer key will be announced on June 5, 2026, and counselling registration will begin in August 2026. It is recommended that applicants submit their objections properly to ensure they are taken into account.
