The Round 2 seat allocation outcome was announced on July 11, 2026. Applicants who enrolled for NIMCET counseling are able to view their allotment position now. The rank list applies to MCA courses across 13 participating institutions. The set includes seven NITs, along with MANIT Bhopal and MNNIT Allahabad, plus two IIITs. For entry to MCA, NIMCET serves as the nationwide admission exam. NITs, IIITs, and other centrally coordinated institutes recognize it.

NIMCET 2026 Minimum Qualifying Cutoff Scores

On June 29, 2026, the qualifying cutoff for NIMCET 2026 was released. To be eligible for counseling, candidates needed marks higher than the category cutoff.

How Can You See the NIMCET 2026 Round 2 Opening and Closing Ranks?

Any candidate who registered can access the rank report. No login is required to open it on the official website.

1. Go to nimcet.admissions.nic.in, the official portal.
2. From the homepage, choose the link labeled "Opening and Closing Ranks."
3. On the OR-CR page, pick the Round 2 report.
4. If required, apply filters for institute, course, and category.
5. Save it by downloading or print a copy for later use.

How Can You View the NIMCET 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Status?

Candidates who received an allotment must sign in to check the result. The dashboard also provides directions for fee submission and reporting.

1. Sign in using the NIMCET application number along with the password.
2. On the dashboard, open the tab named "Seat Allotment."
3. Verify the allotted institute, the program and the category rank.
4. Download the provisional allotment letter and keep it for reference.
