Applications are currently open on the official website at iiml.ac.in. This is the first time IIM Lucknow is offering a Bachelor of Science (BS) programme. The programme is fully residential and spans across eight semesters. Admission is based on a valid JEE Advanced 2026 rank. The application window started on June 4, 2026. Candidates need to submit their forms by July 3, 2026, at 23:59 IST. The first merit list will be released on July 10, 2026.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must be Indian citizens for the BS programme. They should have passed Class 12 in 2025 or 2026. The Class 12 stream must include physics, chemistry, and mathematics. A valid JEE Advanced 2026 qualification is a must. The maximum age limit is 21 years as of July 31, 2026. Merit-based scholarships are provided based on JEE Advanced performance. Reservations follow the central government policy. The breakup is 15 per cent for SC, 7.5 per cent for ST, and 27 per cent for non-creamy OBC. EWS candidates get 10 per cent of the seats. PwD candidates get a 5 per cent horizontal reservation.

Fee Structure

The annual tuition fee for the BS programme is Rs 500,000. This is charged each year for the four-year course. The total programme fee is Rs 2,000,000 across all four years. IIM Lucknow offers merit-based fee waivers and scholarships. These are awarded based on JEE Advanced ranks. Final scholarship terms are communicated through the admission office.

Curriculum Structure

The programme is divided into eight semesters of study. Each course has 45 hours of teaching. Sessions include lectures, tutorials, and lab work.
