They can go through the admission process for complete registrations with scanned photographs and academic criteria. 

SEATS IN VARIOUS QUOTAS FOR B Tech ADMISSIONS 

An active Gmail account is required to complete the online application process.The admission process is based on JEE Main 2026 All India ranks for both Odisha category (50% seats) and Open to All (OTA) category (50% seats). Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of 60% aggregate marks in 12th Science stream with a minimum of 45% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics individually. The institute offers four specializations: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETC), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Information Technology (IT).

Applicants must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks in 12th Science stream. Additionally, candidates must have achieved a minimum of 45% marks in each subject: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SC/ST candidates receive a 5% relaxation in eligibility requirements. Nativity certificate from Odisha is mandatory for all reserved category candidates during document verification.

How to Apply Online for IIIT Bhubaneswar B.Tech program?

• Candidates must go to the official admission website of IIIT Bhubaneswar and click the online application link. Clicking on the link will bring you to a different webpage where candidates are asked to put up their Gmail account and password. 
• A Gmail account is mandatory for filling the application form.
• Applicants need to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1,500 through the e-shiksa platform of Union Bank of India before submitting their online form. 

Documents required

Candidates must upload scanned copies of their 10th and 12th mark sheets, passport-size color photo, and JEE Main 2026 rank card. The proof of successful application fee payment must also be submitted. All documents should be combined into a single PDF file named with the candidate's JEE Main application number, with a maximum file size of 100 MB.
