How to complete the online admission process?

All students who have been allotted a seat must finish the online admission process first.

This is done through the NIT Calicut IMS portal. Candidates need to upload the required documents and pay the required fees online. The process involves verifying personal details and uploading necessary certificates. Then, candidates need to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee or Partial Admission Fee, depending on their situation. Only those who complete this step can move on to the physical reporting.

What documents are needed for physical reporting?

Candidates should bring the original documents along with self-attested photocopies.

The originals will be checked at the reporting centre.

• JoSAA or CSAB 2026 seat allotment letter
• JEE Main 2026 scorecard and admit card
• Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
