The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened the counselling registration process for TS PGLCET 2026, paving the way for admissions into LL.M programs across law colleges in the state.

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened the counselling registration process for TS PGLCET 2026, paving the way for admissions into LL.M programs across law colleges in the state. Registration went live on July 27, 2026, and candidates who cleared the Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test can now register online, pay the counselling fee, and upload their certificates through the official portal.
Registration Window and Key Dates
Candidates have a short window to complete the process, as the last date to finish TS PGLCET 2026 counselling registration is July 31, 2026. The counselling schedule covers several stages, including online registration, certificate verification, submission of web options, seat allotment, and self-reporting at the allotted institution. Given the tight timeline, candidates are strongly advised to complete registration well before the deadline and avoid last-minute submissions.
Where to Register
All counselling-related activities, including registration, fee payment, and document upload, must be completed on the dedicated admissions portal at lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. Candidates should also keep an eye on lawcet.tgche.ac.in for official notifications and schedule updates throughout the counselling process.
Documents Required
To avoid delays during verification, candidates should keep both original documents and scanned copies ready before starting registration. The list includes the TS PGLCET 2026 rank card, hall ticket, LL.B. degree or provisional certificate, consolidated marks memo, SSC/Class 10 certificate, Intermediate/Class 12 certificate, transfer certificate, study certificate, Aadhaar card or another photo ID, caste certificate (where applicable), income certificate (for reservation claims), and passport-size photographs.

What Happens After Registration
Once registration is submitted, candidates must track the portal regularly for updates on certificate verification, web option entry, and seat allotment. Only those whose documents are successfully verified will be permitted to proceed to the web options stage. Merit for seat allotment will be based on TS PGLCET rank, reservation category, local status, choice of colleges, and seat availability. Candidates can list multiple colleges and rank them by preference during web option entry.
TGCHE is expected to conduct the counselling in multiple rounds depending on seat vacancies, and spot admissions may follow for any seats that remain unfilled after the regular rounds, subject to institutional approval. After seat allotment, candidates must complete self-reporting — an online confirmation of the allotted seat — before physically reporting to the college.
Non-local candidates are also eligible to participate, subject to reservation rules and eligibility norms laid down by TGCHE. Candidates who miss the July 31 deadline risk losing their chance unless the council announces a fresh registration window or an additional round later in the process. With the entire counselling process, from registration to web options, conducted online, candidates are encouraged to keep their login credentials, documents, and payment details handy for a smooth experience.
