The new schedule was shared through an official notice dated August 5, 2026, on the MCC website at mcc.nic.in. This revised schedule is applicable for admissions to DM, MCh, and DNB Super Speciality programs at all participating institutes. According to the notice, the registration for Round 2 will end on August 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The time to fill and lock your choices will be open until August 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The results for Round 2 seat allotment will be announced on August 7, 2026, on the MCC website.

Tamil Nadu In Service Seats Added to Round 2
The MCC has included 153 vacant Super Speciality in-service seats from Tamil Nadu in the Round 2 seat matrix.
These seats were returned to central counselling by the Tamil Nadu State Selection Committee in accordance with the Supreme Court order dated July 28, 2026. Candidates who have registered can now select these additional in-service seats as fresh options. The updated seat matrix is available on the MCC portal under the Super Speciality Counselling 2025 section.
How to Fill Choices for NEET SS 2025 Round 2?
Candidates must access the MCC portal using their registered login details. The window for filling choices closes at 2:00 PM on August 6, 2026, and any unlocked choices will be automatically locked at that time.
- Visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in.
- Click on the Super Speciality Counselling 2025 tab.
- Log in using your NEET SS 2025 roll number and password.
- Choose preferred courses and institutes from the updated seat matrix.
- Arrange your choices in order of preference and lock them before the deadline.
