Who Needs to Report on These Dates?

Undergraduate admissions at IIITDM Jabalpur happen through five different counselling routes: JoSAA, CSAB, UCEED, SII, and DASA. Students who got a seat through any of these routes must report in person. If they are late, they might lose their seat. Postgraduate intake for the new session includes three main fields. M.Tech candidates join through CCMT counseling. M.Des seats are filled via Direct Admission and SPOT Round. Ph.D.scholars must also report on the given date.

Documents Required at Reporting

Candidates have to bring original documents and self-attested photocopies of the following:

• Admission letter and seat allocation letter from the counselling body
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• JEE Main scorecard and admit card for undergraduate candidates
• GATE or CEED scorecard for eligible postgraduate candidates
• Graduation degree and mark sheets for postgraduate candidates
• Transfer, character, and migration certificates from the previous institute
• Category certificate for OBC, SC, ST, or EWS applicants
• Medical fitness certificate signed by a Senior Medical Officer
• Anti-ragging and anti-drug declarations filed online
• Aadhaar card copy and five recent passport-sized photos

For postgraduate candidates, the category certificate must be issued after April 1, 2026, to be valid. The anti-ragging declaration should be filed at antiragging.in, and a printed acknowledgment should be brought to the reporting desk.

How to Complete the Reporting Process?

Reporting will be done physically at the IIITDM Jabalpur campus in Dumna. Students have to reach the assigned reporting desk on the scheduled date. Staff will check all original documents against the submitted copies. They might also ask for proof of fee payment and hostel forms. After successful document verification, the institute will confirm the enrolment. Then, students will proceed to hostel allocation and orientation sessions. Missing any document can delay the enrolment process.

Parent Accommodation on Campus

IIITDM Jabalpur has a Visitors' Hostel on campus with a limited number of rooms. Parents can request a stay before August 1, 2026, by emailing vh@iiitdmj.ac.in  for approval. However, the Visitors' Hostel will not be open during the reporting window. Families are advised to plan for external accommodation in Jabalpur city for the reporting days. It's best to book hotels early, as demand increases during the admission season.
