Who is Eligible to Apply?

The CW category is for dependents of certain service personnel. Applicants need to be among the following categories:

  1. Dependents of Defence Personnel
  2. Dependents of Para Military Personnel
  3. Dependents of Police Personnel
  4. Applicants must have passed the NEET UG 2026.

Both Class 11 and Class 12 education should have been from Delhi. The school's postal code needs to be between 110001 and 110099. Residing in the NCT of Delhi is also a requirement.

How to Apply for CW Category Registration?

Candidates should follow the steps carefully as changes are not allowed after final submission.

Steps

  1. Visit the official FMS DU portal at fmsc.du.ac.in.
  2. Open the CW quota UG document upload notice link.
  3. Click on the DU forms portal link to begin registration.
  4. Enter your name, NEET roll number and All India Rank.
  5. Fill in your personal, contact, category and schooling details.
  6. Enter the Pension Payment Order number if applicable.
  7. Upload all mandatory and applicable conditional documents.
  8. Review the form once and submit before the deadline.

 How Will the CW Verification Process Work?

  1. The verification process has a fixed multi-step review system.
  2. Each stage involves a different authority.
  3. MCAC (UG) first checks the basic eligibility of registered candidates.
  4. Eligible profiles are passed on to KSB or WARB under MHA.
  5. KSB or WARB confirms the CW category status.
  6. The final verified list is shared with MCC for counselling.
  7. Those not eligible are marked as Outside Delhi candidates.

  1. Download the CW category notice from fmsc.du.ac.in today.
  2. Get the Educational Concession Certificate in the DU format.
  3. Scan all documents into PDFs that meet the size limits.
  4. Fill out the online form carefully on the official DU portal.
