Who is eligible for Round 2?
Round 2 is open to a new group of candidates who fall into a different rank category.
Round 1 was only for the top ranks in the merit list. Candidates who selected upward or move-to-next-round in Round 1 can also participate. Candidates who accepted and joined a seat in Round 1 are not eligible for Round 2. Those who declined and left the process are also not eligible. The rest of the candidates can choose their preferred colleges and branches before the deadline.
