How to Register for JENPAS UG 2026 Counselling

Registration is a single-time process on the WBJEEB website.

Here are the steps a candidate needs to follow:

1. Visit the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug.
2. Click on the JENPAS UG 2026 counselling registration link.
3. Log in using your application number and password from the exam phase.
4. Fill in your personal, academic, and category details in the form.
5. Upload scanned copies of all required documents in the prescribed format and size.
6. Pay the counselling registration fee via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
7. Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment Process

After registration, candidates must list their preferred institutes and courses in order of interest. There is no limit on the number of choices they can select. Choices must be locked before the deadline to be considered valid. The seat allotment is based on the candidate's rank, category, and locked choices. WBJEEB conducts two major rounds of seat allotment. A mop-up round is also held to fill any remaining seats after the second round. Once a seat is allotted, students must pay the seat acceptance fee online. They are then required to report to the allocated institute with the original documents for verification.
