Educational Qualification

• Passed Class XII or an equivalent examination recognized for Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science as core subjects.
• Candidates awaited for the results of the respective examination at the commencement of the year 2025 are also allowed to appear in the examination.

Aggregate Requirement

• The candidate must at least get 50% marks on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics taken together in the said examination.
• Some courses may require more percentage of marks (varies campus-wise, or with the sort of program, so it would always wise to go through the (specific) information for your course).

Age Limit

• Candidate must be born on or after July 1, 2003 for appearing in SRMJEEE 2025. 

Nationality

• The Indian Nationals as well as NRI and Foreign nationals are to be eligible to appear SRMJEEE 2025.

Subject Requirements

• Applying student must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the Class 12 or equivalent examination for admission to B.Tech courses.

• Normally Biotech/ Biomedical Engineering B.Tech curriculum needs them to have studied biology in 12th along with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Diploma holders from a 3-year Diploma course:

• Candidates who have passed the 3-year Diploma course in engineering and scored 50% marks will be allowed to join the Lateral Entry into Second Year of B.Tech Courses

The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2025 counseling process is conducted through online mode, and it has several important steps:

Candidates must report to the location assigned to them on datelines in the offer to complete all formalities pertaining to admission and start classes.

Essential Notes

• Multiple Counseling Rounds: The counseling may be done in many rounds. Such candidates who were not allotted seat in earlier rounds may get opportunity in later rounds based on availability of seats.
• Seat Withdrawal: Once a candidate withdraws himself from the counseling process, he would be out of the system before seat allotment. But after allotment, the guardian can withdraw the seat as it might be considered as submission of fees.
