VITREE 2025 Hall Tickets Expected Soon, Exam Set for December 7
The VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) 2025 is on the way as the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is planning to release the hall tickets for the examination soon. The candidates who have applied for the admission tests can soon download their admit card at the official website of VIT, www.vit.ac.in.

The Management of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is yet to release the hall ticket for VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) 2025, it will release soon. All those who have already registered for the test can obtain their hall tickets from the official site, vit.ac.in, by logging into the site with their registration details.
Exam Schedule
The VITREE 2025 examination will be conducted on 17-12-2024, 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM This computer-adaptive test will be held across 28 cities in India.
Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: The applicants are expected to finalize their applications by November 25, 2024. This deadline has been extended to November 27, 2024, for the January session.
- Personal Interviews: The interviews of the qualified candidates to answer the test will be held on December 14, 2024 in person.
- Results Announcement: The results are expected to be published on 20th December, 2024.
How to download VITREE 2025 hall ticket
To download your VITREE 2025 hall ticket, follow these steps:
- Visit the Official Website: To get to the VIT admissions page click on the url admissions.vit.ac.in.
- Login: Fill in the fields which require your application number and password to let you into your account.
- Access the Hall Ticket Link: Scroll down the page slightly to find the link that says “Download VITREE 2025 Admit Card”.
- Download the Hall Ticket: To download your admit card, please click on the below link to get the admit card in PDF format. You should also double check your name, date of the exam, the time and the center indicated on the hall ticket.
- Print Your Admit Card: Upon downloading, you must ensure that you make a clean print out of your hall ticket and keep it for use during the examination.
Exam Format
The VITREE will require the completion of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ’s). For PhD candidates, the breakdown includes:
- Technical Questions: 70
- English Communication Skills: 15
- Statistics and Probability: 15
For Direct PhD candidates, the format includes:
- Technical Questions: 80
- English Communication Skills.
